The Basics:
The basic goal of Guitartricks.com is to keep you coming back for more, as evidenced by the fact that this website has been around for 10 years. Although the monthly fee is low ($14.95 per month), if you have time constraints, you may be paying your membership fee for quite some time. There is a great deal of information on the site (close to 3,500 lessons) taught by a number of different instructors, but overall we were disappointed with the length of many of the lessons.

Customer Support:
Guitartricks.com houses an online forum, and discussions appear to be quite up-to-date. Although full access to forums is not allowed with the free trial membership, you are able to access all information after paying your monthly fee. Guitar Tricks also has a list of helpful resources and links for someone wanting to learn more about their craft.
Overall Thoughts:
Overall, Guitartricks.com has a professional-looking website that includes pertinent information for someone interested in signing up. Their lessons cover a variety of topics and appear to be taught by a number of instructional experts. Most impressive is their wide variety of guitar-related forums. We are not wildly supportive of their monthly fee setup, especially for someone who is looking to learn guitar long-term, although it is definitely more affordable th
an private lessons. However, we would lean toward a guitar lesson package that simply requires a one-time fee over something you may be paying on for a long time.
